Weddings and Rentals

The vacation rental fee starts at $1,500 per night (standard non-holiday rate) and grants exclusive access to the property, Victorian Farmhouse, wine cellar, pavillion, gardens, and meadows. • Note: Due to the presence of elderly farm animals on property, a farm manager/caretaker/veterinarian may need to check in on the animals for stays longer than 2 days, or to provide any supportive or medical care. Renters can be notified in advance prior to caretaker’s brief arrival to care for the animals.

The wedding or event rental fee for this venue is $20,000 (non-holiday standard rate) and covers three nights of exclusive access to the property and Victorian Farmhouse.  Extended rental days are available at a fee starting at $1,500 per additional day (. Events at Mallo Pass Farms can accommodate up to 60* event guests. The Victorian Farmhouse comfortably lodges 14 overnight guests.

What is included in the rental?

• Exclusive use of the property, including the Victorian Farmhouse for overnight guests and the gardens, meadows, free-standing wine cellar, and pavilion for event guests.
• Three-night rental period. Check-in at 2 PM and check-out at noon.*
• On-site parking for all of your event guests.

All large events including wedding parties with a guest count of 25 or more are required to hire a professional event coordinator. A $2,500 security deposit is required, as well as event liability insurance.
