The 92 acres of land include approximately 40 acres of grassy meadow with expansive ocean views. The grounds contain a free-standing wine cellar, an outdoor pavilion, gardens, and ample parking.

Free-Standing Wine Cellar

Built from the original wood shed from 1904, the wine cellar has a tasting table and a separate tasting room with three tables that seat 12.

Outdoor Pavilion

Located in the garden behind the house, seats 60 guests for sit-down dinners with space for serving tables.
